RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Helens Natural Foods Returns and Refunds policy is limited to defective products, packaging or delivery problems for individual products. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind.

Returns Due to the perishable nature of our products Helen’s Natural Foods does not accept any returns of unwanted goods. If you are unhappy with any of our meals or service, please contact us on info@helensnaturalfoods.co.za

Refunds Helens Natural Foods products are frozen and perishable. Please check your order when you receive it (Do NOT allow it to defrost). If you find that the product is not up to our quality standards, or the packaging has been damaged during delivery, please photograph the problem together with the product name label with the batch code (on the Sleeve and top of meal tray) and email it to us within one day of delivery with your order details, stating the nature of the defect, and we will contact you and may refund or exchange the item for you. Please keep the product as you received it in the freezer so that we can inspect it if necessary.

We will not refund or replace any item if that is unfit for return which includes those meals that have been opened, thawed and refrozen (i.e. due to load shedding). We will not refund the meal if you have eaten it or it has defrosted. Refunds are on a case by case basis. If the fault is not deemed to be ours you will be liable for an Admin free of R250, a handling fee of 5% of the price of returned items and a pick-up fee of R100 which will be deducted from any refund that may be given.

Please keep in mind that natural foods cooked with no additives, flavourants, MSG etc. with minimal salt may take some getting used to, but the health benefits outweigh the taste adjustment required.
