Keilbasa Sausage, Chickpea and Potato Stew

Originally from Poland Kielbasa sausage makes a great stew. Packed full of rich flavour, this hearty, warming winter stew is made from kielbasa type sausage in a thick tomato sauce with chickpeas and vegetables, herbs and spices. The chickpeas really take on the smoky flavour of the sausage and we’ve added carrots and spinach to make it even healthier. A filling winter warmer.
